Membership pricing, billing, and cancellation are described in our Subscription & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Using the service

ilovou TV content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not copy, download (except where offered), redistribute, resell, publicly perform, or circumvent any protection on our content.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

4. AI-generated content

Many ilovou TV shows are created with the help of artificial intelligence. Characters, events, and voices are fictional. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental unless stated otherwise.

5. Interactive features

Votes, polls, reactions, and comments are provided for entertainment. Results may be aggregated, simulated, or moderated and do not guarantee any particular story outcome.

6. Creator content

Creators keep ownership of content they upload but grant ilovou TV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, stream, promote, and display it on the platform. Creators must own or have permission for everything they publish and must follow our Community Guidelines.

7. Termination

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms. You may stop using ilovou TV and cancel your membership at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

ilovou TV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ilovou TV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
