Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Pricing

New members pay $1.99 per month for their first 3 months. After that, the membership automatically continues at $7.88 per month for unlimited watching. Prices are in USD and may exclude applicable taxes.

2. Automatic renewal

By subscribing, you authorise ilovou TV, through our payment processor Square, to charge your saved card every month until you cancel. Your billing date is the day you joined.

We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of your current paid month.

4. Refunds

Monthly payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

5. Free episodes

Episode 1 of every show is free to watch without a membership. Later episodes require an active membership.
