ilovou TV respects intellectual property and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Filing a notice
Send a notice to legal@ilovou.tv including: your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the URL of the infringing material on ilovou TV; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner.
2. Counter-notices
If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same details, your consent to the jurisdiction of federal court, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
3. Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of creators who repeatedly infringe copyright.
4. ilovou TV content
The ilovou TV name, logo, Originals, and platform design are owned by ilovou TV and may not be used without permission.
